  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized mats.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a refund, please Make a claim on Returns and Exchange page on the bottom of the website or contact our customer service team at support@luxhowm.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
