- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Customized or personalized mats.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please Make a claim on Returns and Exchange page on the bottom of the website or contact our customer service team at support@luxhowm.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
